Vermouth Routin Dry proudly bears the name of its inventor, Philibert Routin. For more than a century, Distillerie des Alpes has upheld the tradition of his original recipe.

TASTING NOTES

Made with 17 plants, flowers and spices and a subtle blend of French white Sauvignon grape and regional wine from the Jacquère site. Its unique bouquet, subtle dry taste and light golden color give it its distinctive character. Rose petals, juniper, rosemary, vermouth and bitter almond are the main flavor components, along with the fine French wine, of course!

HOW TO SERVE

Vermouth Routin Dry is excellent in cocktails, simply served with syrup or fruit juice. It is also used in cooking, especially for deglazing meat and fish.
