In 1981, André Giraud decided to create an XO assortment that would express the elegance and superiority of the cognac from Grande Champagne. Rémy Martin XO is a blend made from more than 300 eaux-de-vie that come exclusively from my best areas of the Cognac region, Grande Champagne (85%) and Petite Champagne (15%), with an aging potential excellent. They were matured between 10 and 37 years, enough time to develop captivating aromas and to outline a complex and nuanced personality to the blend.

You can drink Rémy Martin XO neat or on ice. Also perfect mixed into an Old Fashioned.
