Handcrafted and distilled in France using their vodka as a base, Fair macerate high quality juniper berries and spices for a week before distilling everything once in a Stupfler Alembic still. The juniper berries come from a nature reserve in Uzbekistan, Central Asia. Other botanicals include cardamom, coriander, calamus roots and grains of paradise.

TASTING NOTES 

Soft and delicate on the palate, then transitioning into a fresh, strong juniper aroma. Soft and round in the mouth with an exquisite balance of fragrant spices.

HOW TO SERVE

NEGRONI 

1 oz FAIR Gin 

1 oz Campari 

1 oz sweet vermouth 

Pour all ingredients into a glass full of ice. Stir and garnish with an orange zest.
