This glorious, full-bodied rum of exquisite taste and character was launched in late 2002 and has quickly established itself as one of the finest on the market. El Dorado 21 years is aimed at connoisseurs, and its subtle flavors are best perceived when the rum is enjoyed drop by drop, sec. The recipe combines several varieties of rum carefully selected by the Master Blender, aged in oak barrels for a minimum period of 21 years. These were distilled in three types of stills: the Enmore wooden still (the last of its kind in the world), a French four-column still and an Albion Savalle still.
