Japanese gin! Well, sort of. It's made in Cambridge, so technically it's English. However Japanese Gin at heart combining the typical juniper berries with traditional Japanese botanicals such as shiso leaves, sanshō and yuzu. Each of these botanicals is individually distilled by hand under vacuum in tiny batches before being blended together and then distilled at low temperatures to get the freshest flavours.
TASTING NOTES
Refreshing yuzu peel, aromatic shisho leaves, toasted white sesame seeds and sansho pepper spice have been carefully selected to create a dry, crisp gin with green notes that perfectly captures the aromatic subtlety of the Japanese palate.
HOW TO SERVE
Eastern elegance meets western tradition. This delicate gin is perfect to be served neat or in an exquisite Japanese martini with light vermouth and a shiso leaf as garnish
