Wild Turkey 81 is the newest member of the Wild Turkey family, a mixture of 6, 7 and 8 year old bourbons. It is distilled from corn and a larger proportion of rye, as required by the Kentucky distillery tradition.

TASTING NOTES

The body is light and the taste is complex, sweet, with solid aromas of caramel, vanilla and pear. The final aroma is long, rich in notes of spices and oak.
