Egan's Irish Whiskey is set to prove their mettle yet again with their newest release: Conviction will be another benchmark from this well-loved family of exemplary whiskeys. Egan’s Conviction is a blend of single malt and single grain Irish whiskeys, each aged for at least 10 years, married together and finished in XO Cognac casks.

TASTING NOTES

Finished in XO Cognac barrels, Conviction shows an opulent aroma, defined by floral cereal grains, honey and dried apricot. On the palate one will find new leather, marzipan, and hints of ginger, lifted by zesty citrus. Long and lingering, the finish closes with hints of liquorice and vanilla.
