Launched in 2007, the 15-year-old Dalmore range is especially appreciated due to its special, perfectly balanced aromatic profile. The secret of its harmonious character is largely due to the specific maturation process, which consists of two stages. Single malt is subjected to an initial aging of 12 years in white oak barrels for bourbon, and the last 3 years will be spent in sherry barrels Amoroso, Apostoles and Matusalem Oloroso. 

TASTING NOTES

Rich and enticing notes of chocolate, juicy oranges, dried fruit, fresh hazelnuts and gingerbread. A large bouquet, made up of delicious aromas of chocolate, oranges, raisins and currants, wrapped in spicy notes, specific to the cold season: ginger, nutmeg and cinnamon.
