Ocho Blanco Tequila honours the noble agaves of Arandas and the Camarena “Ranchos” through intense, lively and clean flavours. While the style is the same year on year, the varying fields from which it's harvested creates variations. Made with 100% Blue Agave (the precise field is marked on the neck of the bottle), Ocho use traditional methods from brick ovens, 4-5 day open vat fermentation using indigenous yeast and a double distillation in a mix of steel and copper stills.
