Fortaleza tequila is handcrafted from stone-crushed agave by Guillermo Sauza, a fifth generation member of the Sauza family. The Reposado is a perfect balance between the herbal notes of the fresh agave and the vanilla wood from the ageing in bourbon barrels.

On the nose, Fortaleza Reposado is dry and earthy, but also full of citrus. Aromas of citrus, caramel, butter, cooked agave and sage are the start of a pleasantly balanced and very unique taste experience. The finish is long and rich, delicately spicy and has an oily texture that makes it a pleasure to drink.

You can enjoy this tequila neat, or as a T&T. Simply mix tequila and tonic in a tall glass with a couple of large ice cubes, then garnish with a basil leaf to match those herbaceous notes
