Named after the farmers who grow and harvest the agave plants, El Jimador Blanco is a 100% agave white tequila aged for 40 days before bottling. Young and fresh, tequila el Jimador Blanco grows with a truly authentic character. It is made with hand-harvested blue Weber agave and double distilled with a brilliant clarity.

TASTING NOTES

Fresh, fruity-spicy scent, which displays herbaceous notes and a taste driven by citrus notes, through grapefruit and lemon, with fine accents of rosemary, agave and spices. The finish retains its slightly spicy character, displaying citrus and agave impressions.
