A clean, fruity vodka from Discarded Spirits Co, made using pomace – the skins, stems and seeds of grapes used left-over from the wine-making process – to distill the vodka, alongside wine-alcohol left-over from the making of alcohol-free wine. This Chardonnay ‘wine alcohol’ is blending into the Discarded Grape Skin Vodka, creating something totally new, innovative, sustainable, and utterly delicious.

TASTING NOTES

A clean crisp aroma with fresh green apple notes which then move into deeper almond croissant notes, and a bright lychee lift. A luscious mouthfeel, with fruit-forward notes of Williams pear, guava and starfruit.
