WHISKY
Few things in life can claim to be as satisfying as a good drop of Whisky after a long day of work, play or adventure. The drink is as close to an artisanal work of art as one could get; undergoing a long and refined process of fermentation, distillation and maturation in a variety of casks and barrels.
The layered aromas and flavours of whisky mean that it can be enjoyed on the rocks, neat, or in a classic cocktail such as the Whisky Sour, Sazerac and the appropriately named yet ageless, Old Fashioned.
DID YOU KNOW
‘Whisky’ is a Gaelic word which means “water of life”.

SASHA SAYS:
"The American Prohibition of the 1920s sparked a flare for creative whisky concoctions which have held strong as go-to drinks for the past 100 years but I still prefer my whisky neat in a lowball glass with a heavy bottom. Perfect for pensive reflection of life’s beauty. "
