Cinco de Mayo
Spoiler alert: Cinco de Mayo is not the Mexican Independence Day, but have turned it into an excuse to down tequila shots and eat tacos. “Cinco De Drinko” as it’s often called, commemorates the surprise victory over Napoleon III’s French forces at the Battle of Puebla on May 5, 1862.

How to make A perfect Cinco de Mayo ?
CASA CHILI MANGO
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- 30 ml Casamigos Mezcal
- 20 ml Casamigos Reposado
- Tequila
22 ml
- Mango Puree
- 20 Ancho Reyes
-15 ml Fresh Lime Juice
- 15 ml Simple Syrup
- 1/2 Thick Rim of Salt/Sugar/Tajín
- Garnish with Half-Moon Mango Slice and Chili Threads
HOW TO MAKE IT
Combine all ingredients into tin shaker. Add ice. Shake well. Strain into rocks glass. Add fresh ice. Garnish with a half-moon mango slice and chili threads.
HI HONEY
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- 45 ml The Lost Explorer Espadín
- 25 ml Chamomile & Honey
- Syrup
20 ml
- Lemon juice
- 1 drop Orange blossom water
- Garnish: Lemon slice, honeycomb
HOW TO MAKE IT?
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake, then strain into an Old Fashioned Glass with one large ice cube. Garnish with a lemon slice or peel and, optionally, some honeycomb.
TIKI RITA
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- 60 ml Patrón Reposado
-15 ml Citrónge Orange Liqueur
- 15 ml Fresh lime juice
- 15 ml Fresh grapefruit juice
- 7.5 ml Vanilla syrup
- 7.5 ml Allspice Dram
- Grated nutmeg for garnish & Lime wheel and cloves for garnish & Hawaiian sea salt rim
HOW TO MAKE IT
Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake with ice to chill. Strain onto fresh crushed ice in a Tiki glass that has been rimmed with Hawaiian sea salt. Garnish with fresh grated nutmeg and a lime wheel pierced with 3 cloves.
THE PASSIONISTA
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- 60 ml Casa Dragones Blanco
- 30 ml Passion Fruit Puree
- 30 ml Mango Puree
- 20 ml Vanilla Syrup
- 15 ml Honey Syrup
- 4 Fresh Mint Leaves
HOW TO MAKE IT?
Combine all ingredients in a shaker and shake vigorously with ice. Strain over a rocks glass with fresh ice cubes, reaching 1/2 from the rim. Garnish with a fresh pansy and sipping straws.
FESTIVAL DE SUGAR CANE
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- 20 ml Cointreau L'Unique
- 40 ml Cane sugar infused tequila
- 20 ml Lime
- 2 Dashes Jasmine tincture
- 80 ml Tonic water
HOW TO MAKE IT
Infuse your tequila with sugar cane for one whole night. Make a salt rim with flaky salt and glod leaf. Combine all ingredients over ice in a glass. Stir briefly.
